 As a Partner at Powell Family Group, Kade helps shape financial strategy and guide investment decisions with a disciplined, analytical approach. He works closely with clients and internal teams to drive thoughtful planning, strong financial performance, and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining Powell Family Group in 2022, Kade held roles with BVA Development and Gardner Company, where he developed a broad foundation in financial reporting, portfolio management, and investment and operational strategy.

A Treasure Valley native, Kade earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Dixie State University (now Utah Tech University).

Outside of work, Kade enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys. He values an active lifestyle—whether through sports or the outdoors—and takes pride in raising his family in Idaho while staying closely connected to his community.

Colten is a valued partner at Powell Family Group, where he brings expertise in operations and finance, along with a genuine passion for people and relationships. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Utah State University, where he was also a member of the Utah State golf team.

Since becoming a partner, Colten has played an instrumental role in the continued growth and diversification of Powell Family Group’s portfolio. His strategic mindset, practical leadership, and optimistic approach have made him a key contributor across real estate development, private lending, operating businesses, and strategic ventures. Today, he focuses on strategic growth, investment oversight, and operational excellence.

Beyond his professional life, Colten enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of every season.

 He is an avid hunter and fisherman who also enjoys golfing and recreational vehicles such as dirt bikes, side-by-sides, and snow machines. Whether in the mountains, in the backcountry, or out enjoying wide-open spaces with his wife, family, and friends, he loves any opportunity to be outdoors. 

Austen Powell serves as an Advisor to Powell Family Group, where he supports the stewardship of the family's diversified holdings across operating businesses, real estate, private lending, and strategic investments. Drawing on a background that blends executive leadership, organizational strategy, and a deep commitment to purpose-driven work, Austen helps shape PFG's long-term vision while honoring the values on which the family enterprise was built.

In his professional life, Austen serves as Vice President of Strategic Operations at Civitas Senior Living, where he leads enterprise-wide initiatives in leadership development, operational transformation, and performance systems. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler, a Master of Divinity from Andrews University, and is pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership & Organization at Texas Woman's University. Austen lives in Alvarado, Texas, with his family, where faith, family, and legacy remain the foundation of everything he does.
